Our Bon Voyage
Party takes place Saturday evening, January 24, 2009 at at the fabulous Goldcoast Ballroom, 1415 Lyons
Road, Coconut Creek, Florida. Admission also includes beverages, cake, a sandwich, a dance
performance show and lots of social dancing. There will be
shuttle bus service from the Stardust designated seaside Fort
Lauderdale hotels provided at a nominal charge. For more info on

How to Reach the Port?
Guests approaching Port Everglades from the North, can
take I-95 South, Florida Turnpike South or I-75 South to I-595
East. Continue on I-595 East until you merge onto Eller Drive
and reach Port Everglades. Guests approaching Port Everglades
from the South, take I-95 North, Florida Turnpike North or I-75
North to I-595 East. Continue on I-595 East until you merge onto
Eller Drive and reach Port Everglades. Port Everglades parking
garage daily rate for parking is $12.00 USD daily. *Guests
arriving independently at Ft. Lauderdale International Airport,
the traveling time is approximate 15 minutes. From Miami or Palm
Beach International Airports, the traveling time is
approximately 45 – 60 minutes. Guests can also purchase
transfers from the airport to the pier or pier to airport from
Costa up to one week prior to the sailing. Transfers are
available on embarkation and disembarkation day between Ft.
Lauderdale and Miami Airports and Port Everglades only. Times
are set for specific departures. For additional information on

- PASSPORTS ARE
REQUIRED.
You are responsible for obtaining
all necessary travel documents and for complying with Customs
and Immigration requirements. Guests with out proper travel
documents will not be allowed to board the vessel. If for some
reason you must leave the ship mid-cruise, you will be denied
re-entry into the U.S. unless you possess a valid U.S. passport
and no refund of cruise fare will be given to any guest failing
to bring such documentation. Costa Cruise Lines encourages all
guests to obtain passports as soon as possible to avoid
backlogs. For more information, please visit the U.S State

can also assist with step-by-step instructions and application
assistance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and requests for refund must be
submitted in writing or email to
Stardust Dance
Productions. Ltd. All documents
(deposit receipt or tickets) issued by Costa Cruise Lines
must be returned before refund can be processed. Cancellation
charges, per person, will be assessed as follows:

assessed: Passenger receives full refund if they cancel on or
before November 9th at 12:00 noon (they will be refunded on
cabin/tax/port charge/fuel charge/insurance.)
CANCELLATION DATE: NOVEMBER 9TH FOR FULL REFUND. Nov. 10
thru Dec. 26 at 12:00 noon forfeit $250 deposit + $99 Insurance.
Dec. 26 thru Jan. 17 at 12:00 noon forfeit 50% of total fare.
January 18 thru January 25 forfeit 100% of total
cruise.

*A change of
booking from Air/Sea to cruise only constitutes a cancellation
of the air and is subject to the cancellation penalties as
indicated above. A $50 penalty will apply for air cancellations
made between 69 to 30 days prior to sailing. A $50
administration fee will be charged for changes to bookings after
cruise documents have been issued. Cancellation and
administrative charges apply to both individual and group
bookings. Additional charges may be applied by air carriers,
hotels, and/or other service suppliers which will be assessed in
accordance with each supplier policies. No exceptions will be
made on cancellation charges, so we recommend that guests secure
appropriate travel insurance with Stardust Dance Productions,
Ltd.
The above
charges do not include cancellation fees which may be applied by
air carriers, hotels and/or other land service suppliers, and
will be assessed in accordance with such suppliers’ policies or
as detailed in the Air/Sea group addendum. No exceptions will be
made on cancellation charges, so we recommend that Guests secure
appropriate cancellation insurance through Stardust
Dance Productions, Ltd.
Costa Cruise
Line reserves the right to change or abandon all or any part of
the cruise program and to change the itinerary whenever
advisable or necessary, in which case Costa Cruise Line shall not be responsible
for any loss or expense caused thereby. If the cruise is
withdrawn before sailing date, you shall only be entitled a
refund of the amount received by Stardust Dance Productions,
Ltd. from you. Stardust Dance Productions, Ltd. shall not
make any refund to guests who elect not to complete the cruise
for any reason or cause whatsoever. Costa and Stardust
Dance Productions, Ltd. are
not liable for weather or sea conditions.
